I will not sacrifice unto the Lord my God burnt offerings that cost me nothing.
Sometimes, our inflated egos make us believe that we have done God a great service by giving up things. In reality, we're just giving up things we don't want or like. True sacrifice is something that costs us a great deal and that we'd normally be reluctant to offer. God gave us everything we had in Jesus and we have to do the same unto Him. Amen.
