Be opened

Mark 7:34 (Berean Study Bible)

The Lord spoke these words to the deaf and mute man who came to Him for healing. Are those words still relevant today? We are closing ourselves up in fear of pandemics, aliens or society in general. The Lord is commanding us to open ourselves first to Him and then to those that need us. Shutting ourselves at home may make us feel secure but doesn't really protect us, only Jesus can. We have to be out in the world, but not part of it We have do our businesses, go about our daily lives and witness to those that God brings our way. "Be opened" says the Lord.
