Mark 2:5 (NIV)

When Jesus saw their faith.

There are very few instances in the gospels where we see the Lord being impressed. This is one of those rare instances where Christ was impressed by people's faith. The crowd around the Lord made it impossible for these people to bring in the paralytic. So they came up with an ingenious idea. They lowered him right through the roof and right in front of Christ. That creativity, ingenuity, and faith impressed the Lord to such an extent that He blessed the paralytic by first forgiving his sins and then healing him. When was the last time we impressed the Lord?🙂
