Pray for a young Afghan Christian woman, ‘Esin’, who fled to India in mid-August after receiving death threats from neighbours. She could now be forced to return to Afghanistan because her visa has expired.

Under Sharia (Islamic law), being exposed as a Christian in Afghanistan puts people at risk of being charged with apostasy, which is punishable by death or imprisonment. Ask God to frustrate the efforts of those trying to identify Christians.
