Hebrews 13:20 (NIV)

"brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus Christ."

The Bible tells us that it has been appointed unto man once to die and then face judgment. God's law is absolute and even Jesus of Nazareth, a Man, had to die once. Death is not something a Christian should dread but happily invite. The great Apostle Paul said, "for me to die is gain." What kind of an idiot would want to die? Per the world, death is the end of existence. Then why would the great Apostle Paul want to die? Because he saw heaven. The Lord Jesus Christ set an example for all of us by dying once. But His life did not end there. He lives forever. The Master said, "Behold, I was dead. But I am alive forevermore!" The same power of the omnipotent God that raised this penniless street preacher, Jesus, Who was unfairly murdered, will also resurrect us. Hallelujah. 🙏
