Isaiah 11:7 (Berean Study Bible)

The cow will graze with the bear.

Nature and creation as we see them now are wild, dangerous and primal. But, that's not the way the universe was supposed to be. The garden of Eden was paradise on earth till Adam and Eve disobeyed the Lord and were expelled. Adam's sin infested the universe with death, decay and damnation. That had been Satan's intention from the beginning. If he couldn't win, he wanted to drag as many down to hell with him as he could. People refer to nature as a mother. But there's nothing peaceful or benevolent about nature. It's dangerous, brutal, harsh and unforgiving. The true nature of the universe and every man and woman can only be found in Christ. He's the One who is restoring a wild and brutal universe to it's serene and life giving origins.
