Equipped

Mark 8:5 (Berean Study Bible)

How many loaves do you have?

It is sheer arrogance to think that God would ask us to do something that He hasn't already equipped us to do. This verse is a poignant reminder that God doesn't ask for what we cannot do but that which He had already given us in Christ. We don't have to bring much to God. We merely need to give all of ourselves to Him and He will multiply our efforts to His eternal glory and our blessing.
