Inheritance

Ezekiel 44:28 (NIV)

I am to be the only inheritance.

This was God's command to the Levitical Priesthood. He was to be their only inheritance. People in this world are busy securing inheritances from their families or passing them on to their families. But these are inheritances that are destined to perish with time. An enduring inheritance that transcends this life and passes on to the next can only be found in Christ. He was before time and endures long after time ceases. He is the only inheritance that does not perish or age with time, nor can sin corrupt him. He is before everything, and all things hold together in Him in perfect harmony. He is the perfect eternal inheritance, harmonizing and purifying everything and everyone. Apart from Him, there is no life,, and in Him there is the fullness of life. If you have not received that eternal inheritance, confess your sins to God today and accept your eternal inheritance in the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
