True refuge

Isaiah 14:32 (NASB)

The Lord has founded Zion and the afflicted of His people will seek refuge in it.

When the lord said that in this world we will have trouble a lot of Christians simply don't believe Him. They expect heaven on earth and are shocked when evil things happen to them and those around them. They even get bitter at God. Believers need to realize that this world is still dominated by sin and Satan and that our only true refuge is not the government or the military but Christ Himself. He and not the Church is our only true sanctuary.
