Blasphemy

Matthew 12:32 (NIV)

..but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven...

All of have wondered what the unpardonable eternal sin is and if we had committed that. Some say it is not accepting Christ and the grace of God, some would argue that it's cursing God, some would say it is calling God evil or betraying Jesus like Judas, and so on. I would like to add to those views by saying that constantly resisting the Holy Spirit to the point that we eternally grieve Him making Him leave us permanently is also blasphemy. May we never commit that egregious sin. Amen.
