Blood

Hebrews 9:22 (NASB)

Without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness of sins.

Christianity is a bloody religion. Unlike other religions, which preach universal peace and benevolence, Christianity is the only religion that proclaims that there is a price for attaining peace with God and brotherhood with each other. Unlike Judaism, which believes in animal sacrifices for a clean conscience, Christianity is the only religion that demands the blood of a holy and righteous Man as a penalty for all the sins committed by every man from Adam to today. Preachers who do not emphasize the power and holiness in the blood of the Lamb of God, the Lord Jesus Christ, are not preaching God's word and are blaspheming.
