Whatever he does prospers.
Professional counselors instruct us to choose careers that we're good at and that as such would excel in them. But the Bible tells us the exact opposite. We are told that whatever career we choose, God will bless us in those. How then can we excel at something we're not gifted? Natural talents and gifts (as paraded on American Idol or America's Got Talent) can only do so much. It takes the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit to do something only God can do through us. The natural or carnal man has limited options, a saint empowered by the Lord can excel at anything. Amen.
