We often see the Lord as one who meets our spiritual needs and rightly so. We should always seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness first. However, the Lord isn't just a metaphysical being. In Christ, God became flesh. The God who fed Elijah through the ravens, watered the wandering Israelites through a rock and rained manna from heaven, is the God who is providing for us today.
