Judging correctly

Luke 7:43 (Berean Study Bible)


You have judgd correctly.


As Christias we are often told not to judge. But that is in the context of not judging fellow believers. However, as saints we are called to judge the world. We are told that we will be judging even angels. The judgment that we pronounce on the self-righteousness of the world is not only neccesary but also correct.

12What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside? 13God will judge those outside. “Expel the wicked person from among you.” -- 1 Cor 5


But since we hear here that we are *not* to judge the lost -- those not knowing the gospel, *not* to judge them, but to judge those in the church(!)....what does it mean?
