True prayer

Romans 8:26 (Berean Study Bible)

For we do not know how we ought to pray, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groans too deep for words.

Prayer is not preparation for service, it is service. The hardest thing for us to do is not work for God, but to be still, listen and pray to Him. Once we start praying all sorts of distractions cloud our minds and we either pray redundant prayers (Matthew 6:7) or don't pray at all. It's in times such those that the Holy Spirit prays so powerfully in us. May we rely more on Him for praying. Amen.
