Unnatural

Joel 2:28-29 (NIV)

And in the last days, I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions.

A Ghost living in us and possessing us is completely unnatural. There is nothing normal about the Holy Spirit and the omnipotence of God in His blessed Spirit. Normalcy is the mundane existence of humans without power, peace, joy, or purpose. But the Holy Spirit invading the body of a redeemed saint is the unnatural and extraordinary power of God. Consider Elijah, an old prophet who ran ahead of Ahab's chariot as the Spirit of God came upon him in power. Is it natural for an older man to beat horses? Take the case of Elijah being taken up into heaven in a whirlwind as the Spirit of God scoops him in a chariot of fire. Is that normal? Lastly, consider the case of Samson, who picked up the jawbone of a donkey and beat a 1000 Philistines to death as the omnipotence of the Holy Spirit descended on him in power. Is there anything natural about it? No. You can receive and understand God's unnatural, supernatural power only by faith, not by logic.
